Came here for one night, recommendable. Marvellous and fantastic location exactly what we were looking for, it was close to a train station. The hotel was in a tourist area. Had a wide range of options for breakfast, it was satisfactory.

Excellent location. Appropriate price.
There is only one remote control for the air conditioner for the whole hotel and any time we wanted to switch it on or off we should ask the assistance of the staff. It was rather hot but we could not use air conditioner during night and also could not open window because of the street noise. Remote control of TV didn't work properly. The staff was not always very polite.

It is extremely spacious and luxurious with shared toilet, good enough for one night. Overall the staff is very kind and superbly friendly. Thanks very much for a really really nice stay - would stay here again.

Very close to station...
When we checked in, the guy was very pleasant..and when we checked out, the guy had such an arrogant expression that we felt we were unwanted!

The hotel is on the 4th floor of a large city building but luckily it has an elevator. My room was very clean and cared for, although I had a shared bath down the hall which was also clean and a sink/faucet in my room. I've stayed in many hotels with private bath in Florence and this one was very clean by those standards. I would stay again. An old television but in a great city, who needs one. Breakfast was not included.
The only unfortunate thing is the street noise. Everything wakes up at 3am. But there are rooms on the other side of the building. With the air conditioner in the room, I think you wouldn't hear it in the summer.

cozy, cozy, cozy
The location was spot on, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station, and we could easily access all the iconic sites like the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi Gallery. Every morning, we enjoyed a really good breakfast that fueled our adventures and the rooftop patio was fabulous for evening relaxation.
